i tried praying for you

it only made you call more

i tried ignoring you

it only made my need stronger

i tried seeing you

it only created a larger bubble around us

i tried f*****g someone new

it barely loosened the threads you have on me

so i went and marked it down in permanent ink

you know what i mean

only you

its how it started
