Death and Mother Nature

Death and Mother Nature

Death and Mother Nature

Death and Mother Nature,

my nemesistic pair

you’ve hunted me

all of my life

and haven’t caught up to me yet...

You chased me with storms,

hurricanes and tornadoes

You hunted me like prey

with near death experiences

to no avail...

You just want to

take me in for questioning, huh?

Well tell SATAN,

I’m not talking

As for you, Mother Nature dear,

I’ll deal with you later

Two of the most powerful

forces on Earth

Have been weighed and measured...

And came up. . . wanting.

I get the sense of this being they fate verses free will... we sometimes must push against the things standing in our way in order to make things happen. Nicely done.
