Dilemma

Dilemma

A Poem by Randi Warner
"

How I feel, living with PTSD

"

Sunshine in the trees, bathed in blue.

That smile on your face, so pure and true.

Embracing you, but my arms feel empty...

I'm drowning, can't you see?!

The memories, the flashbacks, they haunt me...

In my head, I'm screaming!

Probably bit off more than I can chew...

Too late now, cause I'm in love with you...
