The End

The End

A Poem by Once Loved Now Lost

She won't even look at me
I always thought that being invisible would be cool
turns out, it isn't
I speak, she just sits there
I look at her, she doesn't look back
No response no matter what I say
... This isn't the first time I had to watch myself die
But it is the first time without you.

Powerful emotion here. Great poem. You describe one of the most painful things in life: excluding rejection and purposeful ignorance. I like the "..." point. It captures the silence well. Great read. Painful in all it reveals.

aw man, this makes me feel bad. I'm in this situation, but on the other end.....it's well expressed. Good job.
