My life stood, a symphony.

My life stood, a symphony.

A Poem by Serena Clara
"

A re-writing of the Emily Dickinson poem "My Life had stood a loaded gun"

"
My life stood, a symphony,
Conducted by dramatic process in life.
Minor suppresses times of glee-
Major-times of strife.

Manipulated b the rise-
and fall-
of my crescendo aided heart.
Darkness haunts: Dawn to Dawn,
Anticipated before I start.

As Fault lands on there staved shoulders
-of mine, I crave delight
in the faces carved into the boulders,
as try to make things right.

What an interesting concept, using musical langauge to describe the turbulent ride that is our journey through life. You have molded them together very well reading it, its almost like i can see the very strings of life and hear the notes of each emotion.
