FEELINGS OF REJECTION

A poem on how you feel when lonely

My heart is hurting

My love is sinking

The roses are withering

The birds are no longer singing

 

Drowning in my own pool

Calling out for help!

Crying with the tone of a baby

Yet drowning without help

 

Reaching out to love

Heartbroken like piece of glass

Loneliness becomes inevitable

In my own pool of feelings
