Silk and silent etchings of beauty and depth in painful reality and surreal consciousness, with a symphony of words tuned to perfection as only your mind to hand can do. One of your very best, dear Poet~
Message to Heich~ Selene has several books published, and I'm sure she'll direct you towards to her website so you can view the titles for future reading. I've read them all, and I will tell you honestly that she is the very best poet you will ever read. I have my review of her first book on my website, here's the link in case you would like to read it: http://theartisansandbox.xitti.com/groups/11
You have magic.. your images and use of color and the language , your mind bring forth so many surreal poems, so very descriptive ...
You have much talent .. I am honored to read your beauty.
This poem is so deep it touches my heart and soul.
Shamanic psychotropic of pleasure-pain that conjures my own lyric phrase "razor rainbows" associationally.
Musically, I'm reminded of Hiatt's song "Paper Thin," too, about cutting one's finger on the corner of the night. Your poem take the analogy further, to the face.
Like a roman candle going off, your words blast context to reveal the iridescent entrails of pure emotion, a furious beauty.
The whole defies reviews, spawning other poetic galaxies from a surgeon's silent soul howl.
You perform what I might call the Arc of Eros, a shredding martial art of defying settled interpretation, spinning vortices of desire, heart, mind, more thoroughly than anyone I've read, a beautiful ninja assassin of stasis, unveiling a fractal pattern of life's crimson edges.
One honors your trails via blown-mind further fireworks. Such pure expression as yours is razor blood lightning about ITSELF.
Again you entice us as if describing the unseen through the lens of a camera. This is what you see in the mirror a dark, yet beautiful spirit, the hidden gems of a woman.
The metaphors you use here "origami cube" being the one that springs to mind are both abstract and yet enthralingly beautiful.
Gorgeous rhythm here. Enticing, sexy, dark. Thoroughly enjoyable and thanks once again for sharing :)
Wow this is a beautiful poem describing a dark side of a woman. Especially the last stanza sent shivers down my spine of the way she was described in such a creepy way. You make her sound so interesting yet just like she is from a horror movie. I have the urge to want to shake her heand and meet her but there is a part of me that feels scared of what she could do. As all dark poems they do find away to get to the reader to make them feel uncomfortable with the spooky imagery from the poem it will freak out some readers for sure. So readers beware of the dark tone in this poem!!!
Ah!!!..now this was very very good, very artistic and very rich. There is a certain razor sharpness quality to your writes, each word you chose is perfect..beautiful..
