Not Exactly LoveA Poem by Autumn de RueSomething originally about silence soon turned into a short poem on the give and take of a relationship that isn't quite perfect
A falling of sorts into dangerous terrain
So lovely at first until you join the game Of manipulation and whispered secrets A pain only ever broken by brief moments of bliss It's your own choice if all of it is worth it But maybe loneliness is better than this ache
