Truly Poetic

Truly Poetic

A Poem by Autumn de Rue
"

An awkward string of words that describes the odd and helpless feeling of trying to jump into writing a poem without proper inspiration.

"
Words words words
Everytime I try to type they always come out wrong
A blank document staring at me with a dull screen.

Ideas ideas ideas
My mind is void of any last drop of inspiration
A blank canvas that refuses to be filled.

End end end
Somehow I force words resembling thoughts
An awkward string of words that needs to be put
Out of it's misery.

Author's Note

Autumn de Rue
As you can tell, this story was written out pure boredom and a dry need to be published. I know it's awkward and somewhat forced, any other notes?

I can completely understand and feel every single line you've written. Incredibly amazing how relatable and how good thenwords were put together.
