just memories

I once felt a love so strong 

I truly felt what could go wrong 

only you I found to be true 

until things turned to blue 

only the hope I once held 

slowly all went to hell 

you left me hear broken and bruised 

all you did was torment and abuse 

I wasn't sure that I could ever be strong 

but I was able to prove you wrong

now I stand with someone new 

never again will I be abused

I agree with Unknown, this write is very deep. At some point I completely melted into this poem "Slowly all went to hell" This is every heartbreak in a nutshell (I'm hopefully not bashing your emotions, just saying that this correlates to many).
