SCREAM

I can't really say what I want to you

Word trapped in my chest

Heart ache heart attack

Dreams come and go like morning mist

I can't hold to them

All I know that is was of you

All that I know is that I'm missing you

 

On this mountain I stand screaming out words that make no sense

But will you hear even if you don’t listen

Just as long as you know I'm waiting that’s all that matters to me

(Matters to me)

 

A sorrow you can't comprehend

Starve my body of all other feeling (all feeling)

As if I'm treading water

As if I'm drowning

I'm drowning for you

Deep inside me my heart lies barely beating

It beats only for you only for you

 

I scream in my head my heart and my soul

Words only a broken heart can understand

And deep in your eyes you see

The pain I'm going through

But you can't help me

You moved on now no you can't help me you've moved on now

this is a well-written, but heart-breaking poem. one i can relate to. "I scream in my head my heart and my soul
Words only a broken heart can understand" these are my favorite lines. i've been there many times, where it seems your screaming at the top of your lungs, & the one you love the most, the one you want to hear your words, doesn't seem to hear. wonderful read.
