Reckless Heart

Reckless Heart

A Poem by Michael G. Smith
"

...to love and lost, than to have never lov'd at all

"

The heart runs wild

Reckless to be free

Oblivious to its abuses

Some too late to ever see

Lovelorn as…

A Crash Test Dummy

Many times for naught

Yet, mostly to be

In a wake the darkness

Its guises and such

But, on a new dawn horizons

A brand new love, to everyone I touch

I'm doing well. I've been pretty busy but I try to slide a poem in here and there.
Practice practice practice when it comes to women and love. The more times you fail the better you get at it
