If Only

If i could save her i would

Every day i see her suffer

I just want to take her away

For her to be so brave

If i could save her i would

There is hurt that she doesn't need to go through

Rules that she needs to break

being kept in a room so dark 

If i could save her i would

I would go over there and make things right

Take her with me 

To a far away place

If i could save her i would

Just once if i could help her get away 

I would hold out my hand and tell her it was ok

She would know the sunlight

If i could save her i would

Seeing the bruises on her body make me sick

The missing hair from her head makes me hurt

Just to touch her broken body

If she only knew I was alive
