His secret

His secret

A Poem by Misty Blue Eyes

If she only knew!

It's what he thought

Sitting crouched in her room

Wings folded back as he watched her

It was his sceret to keep

No one could know

Every night he watched

Tongiht he was waiting

The door would soon open

The door to her hell

But soon, she would be free,

No more pain in her eyes or on her face

She would live again

He would help her gain

His eyes were cold and threatening

Watching as the door opened

A man, tall and strong moved towards her

The angel stood, his wings in full plume

Step by step he walked

Out of the dark scary shadows

With a horrid cry

A snap of the neck

She was safe

No longer to fear

But only to wake

All alone with a shake
