For i wish not to be here

Around in circles i go

Holding my head trying to stay still

Yelling and screaming is not for me 

For i wish to be some place else 

this place is not for me

Closing my eyes i hold dear my thoughts

White walls and shackles, 

for i wish i was not here 

My caged soul cries out for those that walk by

stomping their way to another world leaving me behind

for i wish not to be here

I use to be some body, flowers grew near bright and colorful

Running the fields feeling free

happy thoughts lay upon this mind, 

wanting to rewind

For i wish not to be here 

Let me free, please i beg set me free

for i do not belong here in this cage

I have a heart and soul and mind

For i wish to be let go.......

The feeling of anguish sometimes cloaks
a far deeper strain that tells us just to get
up and go, any place is better then this..
Sadly many of us are trapped in our own
pit of despair…

To know freedom leave us wishing to be able to roam free without rules and being caged. Life can lock us up. Leave us with a limited road to be on. The poem is very good. Many lines I like.
