Greetings to all small and big, we have gathered together to remember this one gig. Not only a gig for one to admire, not one to be forgotten after payment and would mean nothing forever. This circle we form in our abundant row of steps in the auditorium raised in honor of three time world champion george cheppes. We sit here to remember the duo who brought music back to life. Yes unfortunately there was a time when music had been thought to have been slain. Never to be heard through the sounds of any childs eardrum. Until the duo came oh they came, and, oh they came with a bang! They had such loud drums snares a snare'in, bass drums booming , and hi hats hollering, it was a drum set to challenge the thunder of the gods. Then the guitarist comes front and center. he shreds seemingly sleek though thoughtfullly throrough resonating reverbirated recordings of old time blues songs.
Oh how the kids cheered when they came marching. Even old maid Erin came out from her barn to see the hubbub. And she hardly ever cared to see anythign more than the inside of her hay silo.
The whole neighborhood was in awe as the band played for seven straight days. They never once got tired. nor took a rest to breathe the musicians kept on playing heavily.
Then with a sigh and a gesture goodbye, the guitarist said "Keep the music alive!" With that he walked off with the drummer into the night. since then the moon has always shone bright and its been calmer on the ocean. Its some sight! The crops grow better no longer is famine a plight. The bees and animals face off with all there might and act as if music had always been a part of our lives.
That is why we must celebrate music for it is the only language we can truly share with everyone even if they aren't human
