This this the first scene of my television drama Fallen Detective

Scene 1

Ext:  Canadian Police department �" Jeff enters the office, walking towards his office daytime it is very warm outside the sun is out

The scene starts with Jeff at his desk thinking about recent things and the recent cases.

Jeff has a flashback about the pervious case that he had worked on, which was a major paedophile ring and child abuse case and he nailed the guys that was involved but he did not have enough information so they got off.  The time is 10:00 am

Captain Paul Lee

Can I have a word Jeff in my office?

Jeff

Sure captain now?

Captain Paul Lee

Yes now

Captain Paul Lee

Walk to my office when you are ready

Jeff

Ok sir  

Captain Paul Lee  

Ok come to my office when you are ready

Jeff

Ok sir will be there now

Jeff knocks on the captain’s door

Captain Paul Lee

Come in Jeff

Captain Paul Lee

Have a seat Jeff

Jeff

Ok thank you sir

Captain Paul Lee

I have heard some complaints about you

Jeff

What complaints?

Captain Paul Lee

That you have an alcohol problem

Captain Paul Lee

That you were also involved in a hit and run

Jeff

What? Who are the complaints from?

Captain Paul Lee

I can’t tell you who the complaints came from but is this true?

Jeff

No these complaints are wrong. I would never do anything that could put my job in danger sir.

Captain Paul Lee

I know you are a great detective Jeff but I need to know the truth

Jeff

You don’t think I am telling the truth Captain? Have you got any evidence to suggest otherwise?

Captain Lee

I have complaints from numerous people and I have watched cctv footage of that night.

Jeff

If you already knew about that night why did you ask me about it?

Captain Paul Lee

I just wanted to give you a chance to tell me 

Jeff

Well do you think I would really admit it?

Captain Paul Lee

Well I thought you would I thought you would feel bad about it and feel guilty about murdering someone

Jeff

Well maybe I don’t

Captain Paul Lee

I have no choice but to fire you and place you under arrest.

Jeff

Fine after all I have done for this company and what I have given to this job this is how I am treated.

Captain Paul Lee

That its not the case but if that’s is the way you feel that is fine

Captain Paul Lee

In you come man

In come police officers to arrest Jeff

The police officers say to Jeff “You have to right to remain silent any thing you say will be use as evidence in a court of law”. The police offices take him to a nearby holding cell.

After reading the first scene of this tv show I do think that it will be good, and just after reading it the first time I can't wait for the next scene.
