My midnight walk

My midnight walk

A Poem by James Fisher

The dark winds hissed across my face,

the dark boney trees were bare and stiff.

The bright midnight moon left its shadowy light

glistering among the midnight blue lake.

My jogging pants wraped around my skinny legs,

my face felt pale white like a vampire.

the silk jacket felt wavy against the wind

It was a midnight walk.
