Silent Tears Fall

Silent Tears Fall

A Poem by realmwriter

Silent tears fall, in the pain of it all
The moans become shrieks as I try not weep
a spring from the depths of my soul

The tears become rain
to carry my pain
to bottom of my wrenching heart

Bleeding within
I see again
she who is desperately sought

Whisper again in silence and tears,
comfort as left me to rot
with nothing to gain on edges of pain

Rain falls in torrents in the ebb of an ocean
flowing to embrace the river it knows
and longing to see it again

So let this misery be at the bottom of the sea
a soul has become as empty as a kettle of black
to boil over its contents in mournful lament

Silent tears fall, in the pain of it all
The moans become shrieks as I try not weep
a spring from the depths of my soul.
