Mouth the WordsA Poem by realmwriter
Lucite the night, light up the moon and stars and sun but don't tread on me
Lucite the night, shine your light down on me Oh, what have you done Oh, he sees what you forgot Got a chance to make it right Write it down to not forget Get another place in line and hold your piece Piece together the puzzle of the lie Lye awake, asleep at play Play the part and play it well Well, you've went and done it now Now you see the harm you've done Done again, here comes the fall Fall from soapbox high and proud Proud of all the lies you told Told to know one, no one knows Knows how their own story goes Goes away to come again Again he repeats the puzzled lies Lies that he cannot unfold Unfold the truth, just let it out Out of bag the cat has come Come to breath your breath from you You panic, choking on your blood Blood gurgles in back of mouth Mouth the words, they won't come out. © 2011 realmwriterReviews
