You're the Right Kind of RainA Poem by realmwriter
Pluvia
Drops that linger in the air Like a sweet osculum blown from perfect lips. What kind of rain are you? Fat Chubby little raindrops? You get me all worked up and soaking wet A soft, gentle, misty rain? It cools me off just enough. Slow and steady light rain? It gets me wet in all the right places provided I stay in it. Or are you the kind of pluvia that I want to dance and sing and play in? You're a downpore in July and a monsoon in December You're acid rain when you're angry A rejuvenating rain when you're happy. You're a tumultuous rain in an angry see when you're in love I'm thrown about to and fro like the flotsam and jetsam being cast back to the beach You washed up into my life and before I knew it I was caught up in your storm. You're the kind of rain that beats down the jungle You're the kind of rain that splashes up from the water below You're the rain that brings life to valley after a drought. What kind of rain are you? Exactly the kind I need and the only rain I want.
