Twenty-FifteenA Poem by realmwriterTwenty-Fifteen, the year to be seen Doing what you wish you had done In the years passed by, our lives gone awry We started wars that couldn't be won In the blink of an eye, we sat on high And watched our world slip below the sun Resolutions were made, we worked and we played We humbled ourselves and we prayed We partied like men, we fought like children And we met family wherever we stayed So a new year has come, not so hopeful for some But I see a gleam, in the year of Twenty-Fifteen.
