Practical Magick or The Art Of Doing
A Poem by screamin'ian
Nothing definite; it's all here
You can't control
that you hold dear
it is better given
little thought
Out of Focus
Drawn line by line
maybe netted
never caught
So outside of self
supposed specters
Consiousness' forms
Little consequence
So out side of self
These other forms
of consciousness
May seem of little
Consequence
May seem like
godlessness
May seem like
God him self
shattered image
of yourself

The goal or desired result is clearly stated and then signified symbolically so as to be unrecognizable. Thus the magician may focus without lust of result. It is by bringing our desires to conscious mind that we inadvertently negate them with subconscious fear and doubt. It's tricky, to say the least.
