And everyone knows(could be" everybody knew")the only ones left

Were(not"was") Joe and me and Syn(should be "Joe,Syn and me").

When they broke through(not" threw") to pull us free

The only ones left to tell were Joe and me(shouldn't it be" Joe and I" then again,I does not rhyme with free).
