"I Am..." SeriesA Poem by abluehorseandflowersThe second poem of five.2. I Am That
A vision of a forest Giant and pristine Its colors are more vivid A woodland of quiet rest
A peak off in the distance Laced about with clouds Lush with grass and Daisies A place of no resistance
A gently path leading there Soft meandering Like a days long vestibule A way that's not meant to share
A canopy of multi-green Makes light-hearted shade Always where one needs to be A new rhyme and a new scene
A joyfulness awaits there Those who tread the path Entrance to the Cathedral A detachment from our care
A pathless way up the peak Frolicking really The Sun and Moon on the Hill A chance to no longer seek
Reclining now at the top Cushioned by the grass Laced about with brilliant clouds Its Bliss that will never stop
All the Daisies whisper about Words not meant for ears Apprehended by I-Self Abandon self and all doubt
Whether the Sun within Or the Moon out there Both of them The Absolute Only One there has ever been © 2014 abluehorseandflowers |
