A Lax Equality

A Lax Equality

I Once Met An Angel

No Bullshit.

Made Entirely of Light.

Eyes Like Fire.

Hair Like Earth.

Voice Like Wind.

Moved Like Water.

We Spoke.

Of Heaven.

Of Hell.

Of Creation.

Of Destruction.

Of Balance.

Of Destruction.  Exciting Because it's Novel. Doesn't Wear off Quickly Enough.

Of Creation.  Exciting Because it's Novel.  Wears off Too Quickly.

Of Hell.  Like Times Square or Vegas.  Dangerous. Cramped. Too Many Bodies.  Too Little Air.

Of Heaven.  Like Times Square.  Or Vegas. All Lights.  Constant Movement.  Free.

Moved Like Water.  Gentle.  Natural.  Quiet.  Creeklike.

Voice Like Wind.  Summer Wisps.  Pleasant.  Warm.  Inviting.

Hair Like Earth.  Old But Fresh.  Twisting Like Petrified Oak Roots.

Eyes Like Fire.  Burning Through My Being.  Seering Myself From Myself.  All Engulfing.  All Consuming.

No Bullshit.

I Once Met An Angel.
