the truth about my illness

this is a rhyme about my mental health and my iness wich is scizophrenia

ive got an illness its called schizophrenia.
its not nice to tell you the truth.
its caused by a chemical inbalence.
ive got more dopamines than i should.
the effect is that i hear and i see things
that normal people can only imagin
sometimes it can be a comfort never feeling fully alone
but the other hand its anoying when you want to be left alone.
this is the way that i see it though its an illness to tell you the truth
but its one you can learn to live with
