Kiss

Kiss

A Poem by Free Writer

He holds my hand
as we walk down the street.
Never letting go.

We stop.
No one around.
Silent as a graveyard.

He faces me,
his eyes drowning me
in his ocean blue stare.

He twirls my hair.
He whispers,
"I love you."

A kiss upon my cheek.
There forever.
Never ageing.

Married together,
the kiss remains.
Still young.

He showed me he cared.
His love
inside the one kiss.

Hello, This was a very heart felt poem, the way you put the words together made it sound as tho' they were standing on a beach overlooking the Ocean. A light house shins in the back ground. The sound of the stores closing and the heart gets swept up into the moment.
