You Can Feel It, But You Can't Touch It

You Can Feel It, But You Can't Touch It

A Poem by Sarah J Dhue

It's that look in his eye
That smell that he wears
The one song that always makes you cry
It's that one special feeling you get while in his arms
It's in every kiss
You can feel it, but not touch it
An undefinable feeling of bliss
It is what makes you want him
It's his fingers in your hair
The dimples when he smiles
The way you know he'll always be there
It's what made him kneel on one knee and ask you to be his forever
You'd almost swear he was sent from up above
Do you know what it is
It's a thing called love
