Tape

a random poem i wrote when i was bored about *ta-dah* tape

Tape is sticky

The residue is icky

It is very tricky

To get off your fingers

Its surface is all slicky

 

Tape can fix something you drew

It sticks to other things too

It holds it all together, secure and true

It is to help you

Complete any task

You may do

 

Tape is so cool

You use it in school

It is also a tool

But sometimes it may not work

If upon it you drool

 

Tape is an amazing thing

It can stick to nearly anything

A different type of tape is used

For a cassette that sings

Or a music video with bling-bling

 

Tape is great

It holds together my crate

Very high, it I rate

Without it

I might have been late

 

Tape is making a come back

It is conquering staples

Some people stick it to your back

Duct tape says "Quack"

It once fixed a paper sack

 

Tape rocks

It fixed my socks
