Seven O'Clock

Seven O'Clock

A Poem by LSS
"

For my Grandson each morning.

"

Seven-O-Clock

   Its Time to Rock.

Seven-O-One

   We're on the Run.

Seven-O-Two

   Get on that  Shoe.

Seven-O-Three

   Coat from the Tree.

Seven-O-Four

   It's Out the Door.

Seven-O-Five

   Bus Will Arrive.

This was very cute (and sounds like what my house was when I was a kid). I particularly like the sing-song rhyme scheme that you captured, almost like a Mother Goose rhyme. A nice little tribute to a daily routine. Excellent piece.
