Can Anyone Be Bold Going To Heaven?

Its a One Way path

There are a few of us

  who already have a place

  secured for us.

 

Front row seats

  so to speak.

 

But, What of the rest?

 

I've observed many

  who have a pretend

  calm about themselves.

 

Yet face the unknown

  with terror.

 

Others who boldly go,

  who yearn for a light,

  and hope for a sign.

 

And find darkness

  and fear.

 

Some hold a balance,

  the scales of

  their life.

 

When weighted,

  come up wanting.

 

Many try Good deeds,

  they struggle

  and strain.

 

And find, they did the

  wrong things.

 

Those of us Few

  can't look at ourselves

  we've nothing to show.

 

The Way's made in Heaven.

  We follow the Lord.

Jesus said, I am the Way the Truth and the Life. Ask and it will be given. Seek and you will find. Knock and door will be opened. Jesus told us all that it is not by works that any man should boast. Beautiful write and you hit the nail on the head with your writing. Too many people believe that they have to earn their way into God's Grace, but it is only by God's Grace that we enter. The Gift given at the first Christmas. No from the wise men or the shepherds, but from the baby who came into this world to save all who ask His forgiveness.

No one comes up wanting if they know the Way.
