Nothing Mattered

Nothing Mattered

A Poem by a schizophrenic writer
"

maybe you guys won't get it but I'll give it a shot.

"
The voices they chattered,
my mind it shattered,
my soul was battered,
my thoughts they scattered,
my wrists turned tattered,
my room turned blood-splattered,
but nothing mattered.

I think I get what you wrote here. I'm getting the idea of the victim's mind getting muddled from the schizophrenia and then they start cutting themselves and nothing seems to matter anymore to them.

Really well written, friend. Great job on this. You always have my tears.

That's good
Really vivid. I see clearly a young man hunched over slashing his wrists crying in pain. Really hard to stomach, but I'm glad I read it.
