Butterflies

Butterflies

A Poem by RebeccaRose
"

A brief description of what I can only describe as true love.

"
Soft whispers and warm molasses.
A feeling that has no contest.

Regardless of the time that passes.
My heart pounds inside my chest.

Nervous and anxious, shy and timid.
Giggling sporadically at night.

Mixing together fluidly, liquid.
Nothing could feel so right.

Thank you so very much!
Nice poem. I get the feeling the anxiety in the poem is coming from the fear of change? The butterfly being the great symbol of re-birth. My interpretation. Very well written. :)
