A Kiss

A Kiss

A Poem by RebeccaRose
"

The concussive Big Bang in a simplistic motion.

"
Connection, eyes suddenly dilate,
Inhaling deeply through my nostrils.
Body then begins to animate,
Chills surge, turning hostile.

Eyes are wide.
Steel that melts on contact.
Awakening inside,
Sealing a nonverbal contract.

Like an atom bomb, it hits.
Radiation, running its course.
Euphoria; soul pulled from my lips,
Ripping away my life force.

Skin is melting on impact.
Blinded almost instantly.
Somehow, I am intact.
Locking mouths with he.

Flesh is gone with the dust.
Our spirits idyllically intertwined,
Enveloped in cathartic lust,
Aweigh, gloriously combined.
