Fallen

Fallen

A Poem by Scarlet M.

The heavenly bounds of Gods Kingdom

and a pit of Inferno surrounding the gates of Hell;

A thin line of boundary which separates these two worlds

Is where two dissimilar beings met.

If an Angel and a Devil were to fall in love with one another,

can their love transcend the law of heaven and hell?

This is fate’s decree:

Love can’t change what aren’t meant to be.

This would be a bad place for the lovers. Purgatory is in the center. Can Angel and Devil survive in place without end or beginning? A very nice poem. I love the book Dante inferno. Myth and tale. A good place to find peace. Thank you Scarlet for sharing the excellent poetry.

Bravo this is very well written, I've always been found of poetry that contains the elements of Heaven and Hell. I must say the morose array lurking form the shadows of this poem does seem very hopeless though, I do wish you remember hope is an entity that embodies a symbolism of your state of mind. If you are always happy then you are always hopeful, your enemies will fear this, and friends will bask in your enjoyment.

Sad one with a tad of hopelessness. Particularly the last line implies this gloomy state. When it comes to love I think I am too optimistic to agree entirely with this write though that might be naïve in a way.
Anyways, a well-written piece of poetry.
