Ajustment to injustice

Ajustment to injustice

A Poem by sayimadreamer13

Unaware, awake.
Dawn, sit, ponder
this civilized world.
Adolescent float among
famine, unimaginable pool.
Began to breath, old disputes
drowned out.
What quarrel have you?
An abridged trip
to empathy.
Noon, make your
muse others.
Reflect, in the face of hunger,
self-abnegation. The earth, she
shutters, behold this.
They cant see the flowers,
help them. Night, surmise.
Where is our heart?
Mute your cyclic mind.
Compassion?
