As I lay here; still dreams about you

To give you my everlasting rose.

 

May your hands be as lovely as lilies?

By the very thoughts of you willies,

I wrapped you in my maroon blanket.

And placed my hand on your hair

 

Out in the verandah we stared at

Those beautiful stars of universe

We recalled every memory of youth

that hand in hand coordination

What a beautiful ode... I'm always fascinated and delighted to read "ode" pieces to writers that other writers admire; I think it is the highest form of admiration.
