The leaving effect

The leaving effect

A Poem by Saving Grace
"

this si how i felt when my boyfriend decided to move back to Arizona

"

The part where you leave, Penetrating me. Deep in my soul.

I mourn the beginning of countless nights alone.

I call out your name as if you can hear,

And silently wait for you to catch my tears.

How I question this state of mind.

Walking so blindly, leave nothing behind.

It's the way I can't breathe

this distance is cold

Your effecting me deep

leaving wont save our souls.

It's cutting me open

it's screaming my name

it's leaving me empty

But who is to blame?

You close your eyes to it, it wont go away.

Miles and miles only subtracts days.

Try to justify why you must go.

Will you really be happy? How can you know?

I'll wait so quiet (and) forget who we are.

Until your remember, you leave me with scars.
