Love

Love

A Poem by Savanna Robbins

In our lowest days

We saw each other

Our eyes met

Across that crowded room

I felt a warmth on my face

A blush I hadn’t felt in a while

You were so quiet, and had a cute smile

Little did I know that would be first of many

Times that you would make me feel like the only girl alive

I didn’t know it, but fell for you that day

Saw imaginary fireworks in the back of my mind

Felt my heart skip a beat

And my stomach plummet to the tips of my toes

From that day on

I would love nobody but you

Ah that moment of connection when you just know something wonderful is happening. Don't you wish you could bottle it? Memorable moments. Nice.
