When We Visited the Pumpkin Patch

We were in a place

Where many gathered

We conquered the muddy maze together 

We chewed on fried food

And enjoyed succulent treats

Cuddling against the outdoor chill

Enjoying and making memories 

As we selected our first pumpkins to carve

We anticipated going home

Watching movies

And spending another Halloween together
