The Last Moment

The Last Moment

A Poem by Savanna Robbins

Struggling

Can’t breathe

Try to, only inhale dust

My weakened spirit

Breaking piece by piece

My heart, cold

From the lack of warmth in the world

I feel like I can no longer thrive

But only exist

If & when things go right

One more swallow of air

If I fail, i want to give up
