I want to float away
Like a toy boat
Catching the tide
Feeling the motion
On the way
To somewhere new
Somewhere safe
Where I am disconnected
From pain and danger
And I am connected
To warm light
Casting a shadow
Upon my body
As I wait
For happiness
To surround me
