Outside Looking In

Outside Looking In

A Poem by Savanna Robbins
"

A look at our views of others

"
To someone else
We look like a painting
Bright colors and cheerful faces
Frozen in time
But what they don't see
Are the smudges in the paint
The harsh words and cruel disputes
Clustered together
In one picture
But all you see is the color
On the outside looking in

Like a snapshot capturing moments, it can never truly capture the whole story. Most times, what you see isn't necessarily what you get.
Great, reflective piece of writing.
