First Chance

When Rebecca has her first chance to escape

It has been a year since I have seen the light of day. I have been trapped in this god forsaken room without exposure to light, music or anything else people may take for granted. I never believed I would be caught for my unusual ability. When I was born I had blood that had never been seen before but for my sake, the doctor kept quiet. If I got a papercut, it healed instantly.
But the real discovery was when I was stabbed in the heart by a school bully, my body didn't let me die. The government caught wind of the ability, and I woke up to being told anyone who knew me had forgotten me. I was to be studied until all humans had a way to emulate my blood and DNA. Now is my chance to escape from this he'll because there is a new security guard on duty.

A unique premise to begin with... "he'll" a small typo - we all make those. Perhaps you could lengthen this - develop the char a bit more... but I'll wait to see more before I continue.
