I wrote this for my mom

Mother why are you in so much pain?

Well dear it's kind of to explain

How long has this been happening?

Since you've been born and it's very saddening

Well are you going to be alright?

Yes for I am going to fight

I am going to stay just in case

No that's not necessary I just need space

So I go outside to play quietly

Then I hear screaming and run towards her wryly

I see her on the floor so delicate

I ask if she forgot to medicate

She looked at me and said of course not child, if I did don't you think that'd be a little wild?

I will hurry up and call 911
