The Presence Of GOD...

this is a small poem for all, and specially the people, who have confusion, and questions, regarding God

When i was born,
and didn't knew life,
in any form,

you were the one,

to keep me calm,

and bless me with that eternal warmth..

When i took the first step to walk,

and didn't  actually knew,

how to walk,

you were with me,

in the form of

hope and courage,

in every step i walked....

When it was the first 

day of my school,

and i didn't knew,

what would i do,

you were the one,

to keep me,

cool....

When i was a student,

and was messed up with the problems,

regarding my education,

you were the one,

who listened to me,

with full attention,

and blessed me, with

optimism and patience....

Now, in this world,

i have many friends,

but dear God,

no one was, is, will,

and can ever be 

better than you,

till the end.....

so hats off to you,my dear friend,

and i applaud myself,

for having such a great friend....!

so now, when people question me,

about your existence,

dear God, my friend,

i simply say,

' if you have ever felt that 

lovely SMILE, on the face of

Children....

if you have ever felt that

lingering SMELL of , flowers 

in your garden.....

and felt the magic behind it,

dear men and women...

if you have ever felt that 

beauty and majesty,

in every object,

around your surrounding,

dear men and women....

if you have ever brought

a smile,

on a poor child's face,

or anyone, in need of

your help, and concern....

You have felt his existence,

and seen GOD then....!!

you go in the holy places,

and search him in those statues,

but trust me friends,

if you instantly want to meet him,

you simply need to close your eyes,

join your hands,

kneel down, bow your heads...

and remember him,

with love, and unshakable confidence,

and you will meet him then..!

for you will find him everywhere,

if you simply 

have that love, respect and devotion

for him dear friends..!

he's not in those statues,

and cant be met,

by lighting incense sticks, candles,

or any such practice...

he dwells in all of us,

in the form of our hopes,

and strengths,

my dear friends...!

resting peacefully in the 

bottom of your hearts,

every second...

watching and loving you all

every second...

And he has not taken any form 

of human,

or have been visible to us dear

men and women,

because,

he wants us,to

love and respect,

every human..

feel his existence in everyone...

and hence,

prove ourselves,

to be

his splendid children.....!

i simply wanted to help everyone know, that God actually exists...

Special Communications here and there I feel his presents everywhere in the hearts of the children I meet on the streets of my home town struggling to get by with a pray and a smile so in return I give to them a note that says Jesus is here in my heart and tells me to say to you Jesus loves you and I do too.

This is an excellent portrayal of how you see God & how He interacts with you in everything thru-out the many years of one's life. I agree that the magic of God is in everything we do, say, feel, etc. My only dislike is when you criticize how other people find God (statues, incense, etc.) I feel this diminishes your beautiful description becuz God would not find fault with any way that we come to Him. He meets us where we are, even if where you are is different from where I am. Thank you for understanding & accepting this critique, as I know your words are offered with the best intentions.

was not for the people who naturally opt these pracvtices of worshiping Gods, but for those who preach for and about the same to the people who don't exact follow their ways of worshiping God.

I agree with these lines lines of yours "He meets us where we are, even if where you are is different from where I am." like love doesn't have a language, and it can only be felt, and the feeling differs from person to person, so is the Case of God, the ways of worshiping him etc.
whether it is worshiping the statues, lighting incense sticks etc. all are the beautiful ways to express our love and gratitude toward him :) and one kind one practice of worshiping i feel shouldn't be forced on others...WE LL ARE HIS CHILDREN, and he loves us all, and likes all sorts of ways we use to express that love for him :)

He never made rules to worship him in a specific way, or decided things for his offerings.it is all the priests and some folks who force it on the people..and that isn't right i feel..that stanza was for them :)

wow, very well written dear, so much truth in just a few words...at the end of it all its not about having big church buildings and huge temples neither is it about wearing holy robes or praying dusk till dawn.its simply about sharing the message of hope and salvation and spreading the love God has for each one of us and simply being a better person to your neighbors and that is how we all see the true meaning of love which is what God really stands for. Faith.Hope and above all else LOVE...
and to add this was very brave of you, most people shy away from writing about religious topics,,cudos to you doll.
