Light at the end of the tunnelA Story by saumyaIn the words of Robert Frost "Two roads diverged in a wood and I, I took the one less traveled by And that has made all the difference"The worst
kind of disappointment is that which comes from the loss of self worth. It
feels like you are trapped in a tunnel, dark and suffocating, and you don’t
even know if there exists an end, let alone ever being able to find it. It seems like the walls are closing on you,
chocking you, trying to kill you. And then there comes a point when you no
longer can bear the pain. When your eyes refuse to cry and your mind refuses to
register anything. It seems like your body has absorbed the darkness within
itself, that it has accepted the eroded fate. But even when the body gives in
to the despair, the heart still seeks hope. That is where you have to make your
choice. The choice between surrendering and waiting for what destiny has in
store, or fighting for the illuminated paradise of freedom. All you need is a
moment of courage to stand up and move on. Remember, every tunnel, no matter
how dim and menacing it seems, has an end, so keep looking for it, because what
awaits you is radiance, eventually
