Falling Inside OutA Poem by ☯It's getting harder to let go. My realization is a second one too late,Running, running. My legs can't seem to stop. Your outstretched hand is mocking me, and our eyes painfully lock. I seem to be falling forever. Holding out for a miracle. Hoping for a hand, to take me out of the darkness. The wind rips my heart, and all it's contents drop. Photos, memories, strips of film, pouring out, and dropping away. My hand reaches out, but all I seem to grab is air. It's tearing me apart, It's getting harder to let go, My realization is a second one too late. All the things I built, now crumbling down. I hate how it's killing me; to hold onto my heart..
