WATERLOO SUNSET

WATERLOO SUNSET

A Poem by Sasha Raven

No, I do not need her as a friend,
everything at least will surely end ...
We were walking by the dirty rivers,
when I think, my body fully shivers ...
Listening to the Kink's Waterloo Sunset,
I am in the Heaven, my soul is not upset ...
And I know she is so happy and so fine,
but once upon a time she was mine ...
She has to be with him now in a Paradise,
I forgive and I will for sure not despise ...
I guess, they feel so safe and sound,
I will try this time not to touch the ground ...
